Mothers Day at Primary Childrens Hospital...
Well we have had a pretty crazy 2 weeks.. Our poor little guy couldn't ever get rid of this awful sickness. His Temperature stayed really high for almost 2 weeks, and he wouldn't eat, had diarrhea, and he just cried all the time.. I think he had one day in between where he seemed like he was getting better, but then his fever came back up that night. The doctors started doing tests because it's not normal to have 101-103 fever temp. for that long, and they noticed his white blood cell count went up and he was having inflammation. They became really concerned and sent us to stay the night in Primary Children's Hospital. Poor Bridger was getting tested all through the night. They came in every 2 hours drawing blood, and sticking tubes down his nose it was awful! He just cried, and I cried.. Mike and I just felt so helpless! Mike gave him a blessing that was wonderful.. They ended up finding a really bad respiratory virus, and they found a few other things. The day we left the hospital his high fever was gone, and he was feeling much better. We are so grateful that he is feeling better, and that all in all he didn't get something that is going to effect his future. Being at Primary Children's we saw lots of sick and disabled kids, and my heart went out to those parents and kids that are going through that. Needless to say I've had a pretty emotional few weeks.. but it has defiantly made me feel more grateful for more life!

Rough Week for Bridge
We had quite a crazy week.. For the last 7 days Bridger has been horribly sick. We found out he had a really bad virus. His Temp stayed at 103 for 5 days, he had huge blisters in his throat, so he couldn't eat.. He had stomach problems and has had diarreha like crazy. The worst part is I couldn't find anyway to make him comfortable, he just cried the whole week.. It was so sad!

Fun with Sarah and Jade
Sarah came into town for a little while, and it was so fun seeing her and sweet little Jade! We had some fun going to Cafe Rio, 711 for diet coke and donuts, and just chatting like the old days. It's a little different now days with having kids. Our truck is in Wyoming, so we were borrowing my grandparents van, and so I took Sarah in the sweet van, and we just had to laugh about how different life is now!
Look how sweet Jade's smile is.. She honestly is always smiling. I think she's so cute she could be a Gerber Baby.

How To Play This Game of Tag:Post these rules on you blog. List: 4 joys, 4 fears, 4 goals, 4 current obsessions/collections, 4 random surprising facts about yourself. Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog. Here it is....
JOYS :
1-Being outdoors.. I love hiking, riding horses, camping, skiing, ice climbing, rock climbing, and just being in nature.
2-Bridger-Bridger is defiantly a major Joy in my life, he has always been sooo happy! He wakes up in the morning smiling.. With all of our pregnancy complications in the past, I try to remember everyday how blessed we’re to have this sweet little boy in our lives, and another little boy on the way.
3-Mike- I couldn’t ask for a better husband. I love that we enjoy doing the same outdoor interest. When he gets home from work he plays with Bridger all night, and then helps me with dishes and helps clean. He is such a fun Dad. I’m grateful I married my best friend!
4-Holidays- I love everything about holidays.. I especially love that that's the time you get together with family and friends. My family is the greatest. I love just being together and playing games and eating great food.
FEARS:
1-Mice… I hate mice! They give me the creeps. I have horrible dreams about them climbing all over me while I’m sleeping.
2-(I agree with Tagen on this one).. I hate basements! I actually won't sleep in a basement again, ever since my childhood! I don’t want to own a house with a basement.
3- I worry everyday about someone in my family getting hurt.
4-I worry about not teaching Bridger enough.
GOALS:
1- To always stay close in the gospel, and to teach my children the importance of the Gospel.
2- To try and stay away from worldly stuff, and to remember why we’re really here.
3- To be a good mom, wife, and friend.
4- To start a Therapeutic Horseback Riding Camp for special needs people in the future.
OBSESSIONS:
1- Jackson Hole Summers- Why? Temp. is perfect, it stays in the 70’s and 80’s, stars, carefree life, river rafting, smores, horseback riding in the beautiful mountains, fireworks, and I could go on forever.
2-Food- I love food… My favorites: tomatoes with salt and pepper, Swedish Fish, corn on the cob, cereal, chocolate donuts from 711(sounds gross.. but so good.), my Dad’s chocolate chip cookies, Grandma’s biscuits and jam, and diet Coke!(yep all pretty healthy:)
3- I want to cook just like my Grandma Parker.. Her food is absolutely Heaven!! I’m a horrible cook, but maybe someday it will come.
4- I love to have a clean house! If you look at my house right now you would say yeah whatever... but that's what I've had to face with having a little boy, and not trying to being obsessed with always keeping things clean.
RANDOM THINGS ABOUT ME:
1- I eat 2-3 bowls of cereal every morning. I also eat a bowl of cereal before I go to bed.
2-I came up with the greatest stories and lies as a child, needless to say I ate a lot of soap as a kid!
3- I love animals. I still get teary eyed when I see dead animals on the side of the road, and then I talk about it for hours after. It drives my family nuts.
4- I love getting crazy on the dance floor!
I tag everyone on my blog list! Do it!

Our Rocker Boy!
We went and visited Mike's sister Brooks' house, and this was Bridger's entertainment the whole time we were there! Honestly who needs toys? You just need popcorn and a box!

We ended up finding popcorn pieces in random Creveces days after!
He is starting to get tired.. but gets back up again and goes the rest of the night!
It amazing how a box can be so fun!
This is Uncle James lifting up Bridger.. James is so fun with kids, and all the nieces and nephews just love him!

Bridger has a thing with head banging on anything around him.. I'm not sure why he does it, but maybe he will be a Rocker or something in the future. I posted a video below of his moves. It's a little fuzzy, it was from a phone video. You can also see in the video the energy 18 month old kids have.. It never ends! This is one of my favorite ages, but your pretty exhausted by the end of the day!

OSTRANDER'S GOT BUSTED!!
We got Caught!!

We actually went to dinner with Cham, Garrett and his Girlfriend Hetty. Cham is actually a highway patrol man, so watch out everyone! No just kidding he would be the best to be pulled over by.. He is hilarious, and just the nicest guy.
His cute wife Michelle and his son Champ were out of town, so they couldn't be there, but it was a ton of fun to get together with a couple of my Bro's... Cham and Garrett and a couple other awesome guys have been like brothers to me since my sophmore year.. They have grown up a ton, and it is still a ton of fun to see them!

Where Did Spring Go?
It seemed like Spring was here... but now I'm looking out my window and there is snow! I guess at least I'm not in Wyoming where they still have 4 feet of snow.. We did do some fun stuff while we had warm weather. Here are some pics of Bridger.

We pulled out the lawn mower when we had good weather, and Bridger was so excited because he thought it was a car for him.. He was so upset that we had to pull him off to use it. Here he is pouting..
